I had the wonderful opportunity to build a companion website for the CBS television series, ‘The Inspectors’, for the U.S. Postal Inspection Service. The site features a series of curated video episodes that further explore the topic of that weeks episode. I worked closely with expert Postal Inspectors to interpret the complex cases of mail fraud cases from of real mail fraud case files. The website showcase offerings of educational videos and story vignettes that reflect a culture of help and instruction for mail crime victims.
My challenge in giving them a television show web identity was to create a website that continued the plot of the show in content that is easy to digest and review. Every story presents an opportunity to provide an in depth analysis of the fraud case explored. I wanted to capture a sense of help and education into overall design and branding.
