I completed a requirements analysis at the USPIS, that included a project charter, site map and layout comps for a redesigned Inspection Service website. The design involved an adherence the Postal Services’ established brand and an information architecture conducive to a positive user experience.
The primary audience(s) of the agency is: 1) consumers in trouble; 2) the mail industry; and 3) the press. The new visual layout is created to seamlessly guide the users eye to one of four call-to-action (CTA) options which will easily allow them to navigate the page without feeling lost. At a glance a user can report a mail crime, read the latest news, and navigate easily to learn more about the agency’s mission.
Expected launch date is early-to-mid 2018.
